Vermont Project Learning Tree for Afterschool

Vermont Project Learning Tree is planning two workshops in central and southern Vermont specifically designed for afterschool professionals. Explore strategies for engaging in outdoor activities directly applicable to the space you have available at your center or school. Learn more about local natural ecosystems while participating in hands-on activities integrated to Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards. Receive a Project Learning Tree guide with almost 100 activities you can use with children outdoors the next day. These workshops are designed for those who work with grades 3-6, although others are welcome.
